[stringtemplate-interest] Iteration

hi. you need a new "function" like rest or first etc...  not sure how  
it'd work. it needs 2 args.
I'd say override setAttribute to wrap all lists with a new object that  
knows how to answer .firsthalt and .lasthalf or whatever you need.
