[stringtemplate-interest] .Net port 3.2

There is one fundamental problem I came across trying to evaluate StringTemplate .Net port version 3.2.
Assembly seems to require specific antlr runtime version. That is, project with newer antlr runtime will not build. That precludes use in my project.
