[stringtemplate-interest] C# Beta Version of ST

I'm considering using the C# version of ST and noticed that the most recent
version has been in beta for almost a year now.

I'm curious if this is just another case of "Tagged beta but ready for
production usage" that seems to rampant these days or if the software is
really beta quality?   Is the C# port still actively being maintained?
