[stringtemplate-interest] Process on "printable docs" vs topic-wise docs?

Hi Folks,

I'd like to contribute some notes, disambiguations etc to the StringTemplate docs, but before doing so I'd like to ask this:

What's the relationship between the "All in one page" Printable Documentation versus the individual topic pages under "StringTemplate Documentation", as listed for example here: 

http://www.antlr.org/wiki/display/ST/StringTemplate+Wiki+Home
?

Is there a process (formal or informal) by which the all-in-one page is produced from the individual pages, or vice versa?
