[stringtemplate-interest] Process on "printable docs" vs topic-wise docs?

Hi Graham,
I believe that the former C# ST guy put that together because he
likes to print it all out. I'm okay reading documentation on the web
so I have not been updating that. I don't think we used something
within the wiki to packet altogether, but there might be something
like that.
Ah. the source for page:
http://www.antlr.org/wiki/display/ST/StringTemplate+3.0+Printable+Documentation
shows stuff like
{include:Introduction} {include:Defining Templates} {include:Group
Files} {include:Group interfaces} {include:Expressions}
with a handbuilt table of contents:
h2. Contents
* [#Introduction]
** [#Motivation And Philosophy]
** [#StringTemplate language flavor]
So, in principle, changes to the individual documentation pages will
show up in the printable doc. The only thing is that new pages
probably need to be manually added to the table of contents.
