[stringtemplate-interest] added new doc sections

Hi,

  I have reorganized the StringTemplate manual so that it is broken  
up into sections.  As you may have seen Kunle went to the hard work  
to merge examples for all of the different languages Java, Python, C#.

I am now the process of updating the dock and adding the following  
sections in preparation for version ST 2.3 release next week:

This is hardly version 2.3 because it has so much cool stuff, it's  
more like version 3.0 but oh well. come to think of it there is some  
motivation for consistency between 3.0 StringTemplate and 3.0 ANTLR.   
Hmm.... anybody have any thoughts on that?
