[stringtemplate-interest] StringTemplate 3.0 released!

Hi!   After more than a year of development, a major improvement to  
StringTemplate is available. Version 3.0 (was previously 2.3)  
includes many important new features such as group interfaces,  
template regions, and automatic line wrapping. There are numerous bug  
fixes as well. See the complete release notes here:
