[stringtemplate-interest] StringTemplate 3.1 distribution - documentation bug

Hi, the ST3.1 documentation is out of date. For example, it does not
include documentation on elseif.

The web documentation seems up to date, but I can't see any link to a
"one big page" version of the documentation (at least, not from the
wiki), and so, can anyone point me to a way to get a nice offline
version of the documentation, so that I can use, eg "StringTemplate
Cheat Sheet", whilst offline??
