[stringtemplate-interest] StringTemplateGroup.registerDefaultLexer

Is it meant to be, that for PathGroupLoader, we are still supposed to
call registerDefaultLexer?

I had thought that PathGroupLoader was going to be changed to default to
AngleBracketLexer, but without manually calling the class/ static method
in the subject, I find that the default still has the old problem (of
not defaulting, for parent groups, to angle lexer).

Possibly a (cosmetic) bug...
